At ANASAZI FIELDS WINERY we hand-craft dry table wines  from  fruits and berries other than grapes. Unlike most "fruit wines", our wines are NOT SWEET dessert wines.  Their delicious dryness makes them the perfect accompaniment to any meal.  Our wines, such as Plum wine, Apricot wine, Peach wine and Blackberry wine are crafted from local and other New Mexico fruits and berries.   We also make a slightly off-dry Cranberry wine and three grape-based wines enhanced by one of our old fruit wines.   All of our wines are aged on oak for one to four years.

A visit to our winery is a perfect addition to your New Mexico travels.  We will surprise you with our different wines, free wine tasting and a personalized winery tour.  A map to the winery is on our "contact us" page. Fish Bits is an evolving collection of information and musings from Jim Fish, our winemaker.

One of our primary goals is to help preserve the agricultural nature of the small villages of Northern New Mexico by producing a value-added product from the excellent fruit grown here for centuries.

Winery hours:  Wed. thru Sun. 12pm-5:00pm or by appointment

The winery will not be open on Fourth of July weekend (July 4 - July 5). However, we would love to see you at our booth at the Santa Fe Wine Festival  at  El Rancho de las Golondrinas Living History Museum.

Note: During the winter months, our tasting room is normally open on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4:30pm (noon to 5:00pm after Daylight Savings Time starts).
